Introducing Vincent Matthews

I have a real passion for drawing, painting, etching and photography, using various mediums such as pencil, charcoal, ink pen, watercolour, gouache, acrylic and oil paint.

My subject matter varies from portraiture, landscape, architecture to manipulating images through a process of abstraction. I have a natural interest in detail and my work is largely skills-based.

My background is art and design. After a 2-year Fine Art course at CityLit in London, finishing in 2007, I completed some etching courses at Camberwell College of Art. I began my career studying at Maidstone College of Art and Croydon School of Art and Design.
